Who we are
La House of Pulse is a boutique movement and well-being studio in the Port district of Nice. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you share with us through this website, when you visit the studio, or when you contact us by phone or email.
What we collect
- Booking and membership data — name, email, phone, billing address. Used to manage your sessions, memberships and payments.
- Contact form / email — anything you choose to send us.
- Analytics — anonymised information about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region), only if you have accepted analytics cookies.
How we use it
To run your bookings and memberships, send renewal or class reminders, answer your messages, and improve the website. We never sell your data.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies that are required to function, plus optional analytics and marketing cookies that only load if you allow them. You can review or change your choice at any time via the button in the footer.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers we need to operate the studio: Bsport (bookings & payments), Stripe (card payments), Brevo (transactional emails), Google Analytics (site analytics, if accepted), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights write to [email protected].
