What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method of controlled movement that strengthens the deep muscles, improves posture and harmonises the body from the inside out. At La House of Pulse in Nice, we offer it heated and on the mat — Hot Mat Sculpt, Mat Sculpt and Sculpt Barre — where heat softens the muscles while deep work tones the core, glutes and posture.
