1. About us

La House of Pulse is a boutique movement and well-being studio located at 3 Montée du Commandant Octobon, 06300 Nice, France. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to La House of Pulse; references to "you" refer to any user of this website or the studio.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, booking a class, or purchasing a membership or pack, you accept these terms.

3. Bookings, packs and memberships

• Pulse Discovery (50€) — 3 sessions, valid 1 month, non-renewable.
• Class packs (5, 10, 20 sessions) — valid 2, 4 and 6 months respectively from the date of purchase.
• Monthly memberships (Pulse Flow / Energy / Unlimited) — renew automatically unless cancelled at least one full billing cycle in advance.
• Special offers (Student Flow / Wellness 60+) — proof of eligibility required.

No refund, transfer, extension or modification of any pack, card or membership can be made. The studio is not responsible for non-use of purchased credits.

4. Class etiquette & safety

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class. Inform your instructor of any health condition, injury or pregnancy. You take part in classes at your own risk; if you are unsure whether a practice is suitable for you, consult your doctor first.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel a booked class through your Bsport account up to 4 hours before the start time. Later cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.

6. Payments

All payments are processed by Bsport and Stripe under their respective terms. Prices include any applicable taxes.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, our liability for any damage arising from the use of the website or our services is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Nice.
