What is Hot Dance?

Hot Dance is a powerful mix of movement, heat and music designed to release tension, boost your energy and reconnect you with yourself. Practised in a heated room at 30–35°C, it blends free, expressive dance with the therapeutic power of warmth, more than a workout, it's a feeling. At La House of Pulse in Nice, Hot Dance sits within our heated movement family, alongside flow, yin and sculpt.
