Pilates Flow Teacher

Pilates is much more than just a physical workout for me. It is a holistic approach to movement, a way to better understand the body, develop body awareness and cultivate lasting well-being.

My journey into Pilates began naturally. After training in naturopathy and sophrology, it became clear to me: the body and mind are deeply connected in the same practice. I trained in Pilates and deepened my understanding through a Pilates Barre certification at La House of Pulse. I have also been inspired by the teachers and classes I've taken throughout my journey, which have nourished my vision of movement and mindful guidance.

What I love most about Pilates is that it's not just about doing exercises. It's about learning to move better, breathe better, and gain control, stability and confidence. It is a practice that supports you at every stage of life and helps you maintain mobility, vitality and autonomy in the long run.
